What we have here, in a neighborhood that is "very safe", very quiet and very close to an airport, is a pre-sale prep. Light exterior pressure wash, just to clean it up. Full interior trim paint, plus changed one room from pink back to default - this home will be on the market here very soon...it's in exceptional condition - when it's on the market, it'll be move-in ready and the only thing the new owners have to do is move in...and if they need custom colors applied, I'm in...take an eye:
