This is a job that I had to warrant out.  So, what I did was change product.  I used BEHR Solid Color Concrete Stain tinted to Tugboat with the anti-slip additive added in.  Very glad that BEHR stands behind their product with the warranty - very good.  Also at the customers request, painted the closet - tinted to "Bakery Box" - this was the final part to the job recently completed titled "A Brighter Day".

First time using BEHR Deckover - mandatory 2 coat coverage for pool decks and general decks.  Makes whatever it's applied to, waterproof and safe to walk on when wet as the texture is built in.
