This was a wall removal and wooden wall installation and waterproofing.

This wall had fallen over and was never properly secured to the ground via rebar and concrete, we decided to break it up, haul it to the dump and install a new wooden wall and waterproof it.

Finished in BEHR Waterproofing Wood Finish in a transparent base tinted to Golden Honey.

This is just a part of a few jobs that are ongoing (since October 2024) in Punta Gorda for both Hurricane's Helene and Milton recovery.

Installed new 9" ladder hooks to keep everything as high off the ground as possible, scrubbed and cleaned the walls and floor and then waterproofed the floor using materials that were already onsite, Olympic Waterguard semi-transparent wood stain & sealer in Acorn Brown (off the shelf) and took all of the bags of concrete, broke them up and took them down to the riverbed.

This marks only a few jobs complete so far and there is still a lot of work to do in Punta Gorda - this should continue through the next few months.

This was a partial interior paint.  It's for a re-decoration of a room in the house and this was phase one, the rest has new furniture and wallpaper to be installed on the accent wall.

This was a re-paint of a laundry room that was recently expanded, that I had recently painted - but there was a mistake in communication where the team had textured the entire room, including the ceiling, instead of just the addition - I just painted it over in white for the time being - may change later on...

Also, since the Cybertruck supports self parking, the idea was to have it self park in the garage.  So the lines were laid out and painted - tested and it worked - very cool feature.

Pool deck pressure wash and paver seal.  Used Valspar Protective Sealer in a high-gloss finish. 

This was a partial interior paint of the downstairs living room, foyer, kitchen, bathroom, upstairs loft, handrail and hallway.

Job complete for a wonderful private race track in Auburndale - Circuit Florida - a 1.75 mile, 12 turn (6 left, 6 right) downhill, uphill race track and can be run either clockwise or counter-clockwise.

This was a partial paint, mostly a touch up.  Exterior walls, partial ceiling, interior walls and baseboards.

Customer supplied SWP Emerald in flat and satin sheen materials (side note, I really appreciate that they use premium materials):

This is an annual pressure wash of the pool deck, except this time, the front porch, sidewalk, driveway and sidewalk to the property line was all cleaned as well - ready for Thanksgiving!

This was an exterior partial paint - painted the back porch and front door.

Annual exterior pressure wash for Lucy.  I painted this house back in 2021 and every year, return to pressure wash and perform any touch up painting on the house, specifically where the internet was going from coaxial cable to fiber,  the old lines were removed, took the paint off of the house when the cables were removed and pressure washed the driveway and sidewalk to property line, plus, the back porch which is set to be painted tomorrow.

the Beach - Part 13. Returned to paint the grill for the outside AC unit. Primed with RUST-OLEUM gloss protective enamel in a Charcoal Gray and a topcoat of BEHR Premium Metallic finish in Dark Steel. For such a small detail, made quite a big difference!

Hurricane Milton came through and had weakened this fence.

I was requested to add 4x4x8 posts between the existing posts to reinforce the fence.

Since the existing fence was weathered and unprotected, the goal was to blend in the new wood to the existing. The wood was waterproofed in a semi-transparent base tinted to Stonehedge.

Very close to the existing slight shade of purple from the unprotected wood.

This was a full interior paint, including ceilings at the Beach.

Base: Ice Sculpture (by itself, it looks white, next to white, it appears the lightest hint of blue, exceptional color)

Trim, doors and ceilings: Whipped Cream (use this instead of Ultra Pure White)

Accent: Surfboard Yellow (just a bit more yellow than Polka Dot Skirt)

Investment: Protected - Part 5 - on the newest member to the Stingray Painting family as generously provided by Betty and Don (BAD ACRES), much gratitude for that - very much appreciate that - I went ahead and protected the investment.

Waterproofed the 2x8 PT wood with BEHR Waterproofing Wood Stain and Sealer tinted to Atlantic - a fine dark blue color - just so happens to closely match the trim color of my house, which is Shipyard.

This was an exterior step replacement.  Replaced old wood with 2x12 PT and primed with BEHR 436 tinted to Rainwater.  This is ahead of pressure wash and prep of both buildings.  During final prep, I'll inspect and prime the caulked areas after it's had time to cure.  2 coats of BEHR Marquee Exterior Satin are going to cover all newly installed and primed wood.  The exterior pressure wash and paint is scheduled to begin the week of  August 5th.  Color selection takes place on August 3rd.

This was a Florida room skylight waterproof.  One of the skylights had developed a leak when it rains, so I went ahead and waterproofed all 3 skylights using APOC 264 Elastomeric Roof Patch.  Great product!

This was just a single, one side, exterior door paint.  The original factory finish had extensive cracking because this door was in the sun most of the time, being on the west side of the house.  Pressure washed with the RYOBI Zero Degree Rotary tip and removed all of the original paint, then, primed and painted.

Primer: BEHR 436 Primer - no colorant added

Base: BEHR Ultra Exterior Satin in Ultra Pure White

I like the way Ultra shoots, so smooth and precise - it's the best spraying paint I've ever used.

Fence removal, installation and waterproof.  Installed new hardware, a flower bed frame and protected the investment with:

BEHR Waterproofing Wood Finish in a Transparent base tinted to Cedar Naturaltone

BEHR Products #1 - cannot be beaten by any other manufacturer - nobody.

This was a ceiling for a screen enclosure on the back porch.  I used HENRY 287 Solar-Plex for this enclosure.  It requires 2 coats, according to the manufacturer, it was waterproof after the first coat, then applied a second.  I went as far as a third coat, because the product is so thin - I wanted a 4th coat, but it may have adversely affected the performance of the material after the 3rd. 

I used a similar product by APOC last year. APOC 243 Advanced Elastomeric White Roof Coating - in the future, for any roof waterproofing, I'll be using APOC.  It's a thicker material and covers in 2 coats, instead of 4.  Using a higher quality product uses less material and saves costs.

Also, removed the original remaining parts of the original leaf filter on the gutter, repaired all of the downspouts around the house as well - using 4" vinyl downspouts - all materials were acquired from the Home Depot as they had all of the materials that I needed - single source!
