Both buildings:
- Address and unit numbers wood protected with BEHR Solid Color Waterproofing Stain and Sealer in Whipped Cream
- Stair steps, front and rear porches (without tile) and walkways (common areas) with BEHR Porch & Patio Floor Paint in Mushroom Bisque
Additions:
