Interior Painting

So, here we are. The exterior paint job I did earlier this year where we used Cameo White for the base, Loft Space Remixed (Stingray Blue) for the trim and Superior Blue for the accent, what we did was change the base and trim for the Florida room. Now, for 2023, Stingray Blue for the base and Cameo White for the ceilings and trim. The kitchen has Cameo White for the ceiling and trim and the base is, yet again, a color that when by itself appears White, but when compared to white, it appears a light blue - Ice Sculpture:

This one is titled "Times 3" as everything I painted, I had to paint it 3 times!  Base: New Home White and Trim: Ultra Pure White - both BEHR Interior Premium Plus.

Back in 2017, I painted the interior of this house, the colors that you see - the yellow and brown.

Colors selected were:

Base 1: Beach House (light shade of yellow)

Base 2: Loft Space Remixed (custom color)

Trim: Cameo White

Plus, added the distressed wood MDF board to dress up the kitchen area a bit.

These photos show quite the transition to making the living space more open, here's what happened:

Interior partial paint after Hurricane Ian.  Base was a custom color match, lower 1/2 wall is a color called "Bear Claw" and the upstairs bedroom went from blue and teal to "custom color match and Perfect Taupe, not photographed at the conclusion).  All using BEHR Marquee Interior Satin

Interior drywall repair.  Kitchen, hallway and bathroom.  Since the original panel board was removed (not recovered), installed a new panel board "distressed wood" - was much more fitting to the Beach theme in this home.  Base and trim touchup: Loft Space Remixed (custom color) and Cameo White (BEHR)

Full interior paint, including ceilings and garage (minus doors, door frames).  Paint provided, custom color for the walls and trim, standard flat interior ceiling paint for all ceilings (including closets).

Interior drywall repair and distressed wood install.  Color changed in the bathroom from Cameo White to Crisp Linen - based on the fact that after the distressed wood would be installed, the bathroom would be too bright to have your eyes open in - so we went with the color that is on the accent wall in the master bedroom (from February 2022).  Also, found another piece of drywall that had to be replaced and painted...the things you find in walls...

Getting my mom's house in Titusville, FL ready for market.  Base: Crisp Linen, Trim and Doors: Cameo White.  Just painted the main areas: Foyer, living room, hallway, kitchen, dining rooms and great room.

What we have here, in a neighborhood that is "very safe", very quiet and very close to an airport, is a pre-sale prep. Light exterior pressure wash, just to clean it up. Full interior trim paint, plus changed one room from pink back to default - this home will be on the market here very soon...it's in exceptional condition - when it's on the market, it'll be move-in ready and the only thing the new owners have to do is move in...and if they need custom colors applied, I'm in...take an eye:

Kitchen, Laundry and Bathroom Refresh.  Upper base is Polished Pearl, Lower base is Shipyard, Trim, Ceilings and Doors are Night Blooming Jasmine.  Bathroom walls are Spring Glow.  All BEHR Marquee Satin.
