Stucco repair

This was after a hailstorm came through a neighborhood in Clermont.

#16/20 grit stucco repair on the shutters, which were damaged by hail.

Painted the shutters with BEHR Marquee Exterior Satin tinted to Roycroft Pewter (SWP).

This was a stucco repair on the back porch of a home and installing a new mailbox, pressure washing and painting the mailbox housing.  Stucco was finished in Dash Knockdown Stucco.

Base: Neighborly Peach (SWP) in BEHR Ultra Exterior Semi-Gloss

Trim (for the mailbox): BEHR Ultra Exterior Satin in White

This was an exterior stucco repair for the area that contained the dumpster and used tire disposal area.  Repaired a small part of the stucco where the gate entry is and the #16/20 grit stucco for the trim area next to the door, then painted both areas, inside and out.

Completed in BEHR Ultra Exterior Satin

This once was a door that was framed in with glass blocks and I was requested to modify the stucco to make it appear as a window.  The stucco finish is "Dash Knockdown"

Primed with KILZ 2 tinted to Ice Sculpture (BEHR)

Base: BEHR Ultra Exterior Satin tinted to Neighborly Peach (SWP)

Trim: BEHR Ultra Exterior Satin tinted to White (BEHR)

This is an exterior stucco repair.  This is being done ahead of a new roof being installed and then I'll return to do a full paint on the exterior afterwards.  Installed new PT plywood, water barrier, stucco, primed and painted.

Base:  BEHR Premium Plus Exterior Flat in a custom color match.  Selected a flat base so when I come back to paint again, I have a more porous surface for the Satin base to adhere to.

This was a stucco repair from previous damage, unsure of what caused it.

#16/20 grit stucco repair on the base of the columns above the front entry as well as the left side of the left garage.

Exterior stucco repair.  The finish is called "Dash Knockdown Stucco", which typical on new construction is applied with a hopper - but repairs are done with a masonry brush.  Just completed on December 14th, 2022
