Building 420:

  • Base: Speedboat
  • Trim: Whipped Cream
  • Accent: Living Stream
  • Light Poles: Living Stream
  • Shutters: Living Stream (BEHR Solid Color Waterproofing Stain and Sealer)

Building 424:

  • Base: Rainwater
  • Trim: Whipped Cream
  • Accent: Tropical Sea
  • Light Poles: Tropical Sea
  • Shutters: Tropical Sea (BEHR Solid Color Waterproofing Stain and Sealer)
  • Concrete step differential visibility assist: Surfboard Yellow (BEHR Dynasty Exterior Semi-Gloss with anti-slip additive)

Both buildings:

  • Address and unit numbers wood protected with BEHR Solid Color Waterproofing Stain and Sealer in Whipped Cream
  • Stair steps, front and rear porches (without tile) and walkways (common areas) with BEHR Porch & Patio Floor Paint in Mushroom Bisque

Additions:

  • Installed new HVAC Line Set Covers on building 420
  • Installed new fascia on building 424
  • Installed new signage
  • Removed all unused conduit, coaxial cables and phone lines
