This was a pre-sale prep for a home that is on the market.

Painted the master bedroom, master bathroom and bathroom closet ceilings, plus the closet itself, replaced some 1x6 pressure treated wood on the columns, pressure washed and stained the pool deck, pressure washed and painted the fascia in the front of the house, some small patchwork on the drywall where a TV once was and painted the rear bathroom exterior door.

Master Bedroom, Bathroom ceilings and closet walls and ceilings: BEHR Premium Plus Flat tinted to White

Front Fascia: KILZ 2 primer tinted to Diamonds Therapy

Front Fascia: BEHR Ultra Exterior Flat in Ultra Pure White

Rear bathroom door: KILZ 2 primer tinted to Diamonds Therapy

Rear bathroom door: BEHR Ultra Exterior Semi-Gloss in Ultra Pure White

Pool Deck: BEHR Solid Color Concrete Stain tinted to Pyramid

We have used Stingray for all of our painting, fencing, and stucco projects for many years.
